This foot scrub recipe is one of my favorites compared to all of the others I have tried. It’s potency lasts for a good amount of time {once stored in an air tight/tin container} and it moisturizes my feet as it’s scrubbing away at hard and/or dried skin.

They’re a myriad of essential oils you can add to your foot scrub. Oregano Oil is an amazing and great anti-inflammatory + anti bacterial for your feet. It helps to prevent and fight against skin irritations such as eczema, psoriasis + athlete’s foots.

Lavender Oil works well for relieving tight muscles, joint pain as it’s also and anti-inflammatory. Additionally it can help you fall asleep as well and improve the quality + length of your sleep.
